Accident reports are available for purchase at the police department. The cost is $6 per report. Reports may be purchased Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM and from 1:00PM to 5:00PM. Pleasanton Police Department is only able to accept payment in the form of check or correct change. Accident reports may also be purchased online at www.txdot.gov. Please note it may take 3 to 10 days for reports to be completed and ready for release.

All questions about citations should be directed to the Pleasanton Municipal Court at 830-569-5941.
Warrant and criminal history information is not released by the Pleasanton Police Department. Requests for public criminal history information or for review of you personal criminal history can be made through the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Pleasanton Police Department does not offer lockout services. We will be happy to contact a wrecker service to assist you but charges will apply.
Pleasanton Police Department does not provide fingerprint services. Fingerprint services are available locally and can be scheduled online at www.identogo.com.

Our Property Sergeant is in charge of all property released. Please call the police department at 830-569-3869 to check the disposition of your property and to arrange a time to pick up your items as the Sergeant's schedule varies.
