(Pleasanton, TX - March 17, 2020) The City of Pleasanton through its consulting firm, EMC Strategy Group, LLC, is offering assistance to any business in Pleasanton that is seeking critical working capital during the nationally declared federal emergency.
The federal government has authorized the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to work with businesses of all sizes to get access to immediate working capital. EMC Strategy Group will work with any business owner in Pleasanton to leverage various state and federal resources by providing technical assistance in applying for emergency funding.
The SBA and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development offer backed business loans through LiftFund and PeopleFund, which are nonprofit organizations that specialize in providing funding to businesses throughout the state.
“We are fully committed to working with any business in Pleasanton that has been negatively impacted by the loss of revenue during this time,” says Pleasanton City Manager Johnny Huizar. “We are available to assist Pleasanton businesses in applying for funding through all SBA-backed programs,” says EMC Strategy Group Owner Janice M. Gonzalez.
