Ready to celebrate a birthday, team victory, or just want to have the pool to yourself and some friends? Well, you can do that at the Pleasanton City Pool. We offer the public the opportunity to rent the pool to host their own events at very affordable rates! They are as follows:
Prices:
Monday - Friday: $150 deposit + $65/hr rental fee (Minimum 3 hrs rental)
Saturday/Sunday: $150 deposit + $65/hr rental fee (Minimum 3 hrs rental)
*Please note: Saturday/Sunday pool rentals are only available from the hours of 9:30am - 12:30pm and 6pm - 10pm.
A lifeguard will be needed for every 25 people that will be swimming. The fee includes 2 lifeguards. Any additional lifeguards needed will be $25 per lifeguard.
Deposit + fee will need to be paid in full in order to reserve the pool. For available dates please call the Pleasanton Civic Center at 830-569-5904. Event setup can begin 30 minutes prior with everyone being allowed to enter the pool at the start of the event. Please keep in mind that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays we have a water aerobics class that will be in session from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. We ask that guests do not disturb the class and if they are not there to help set up the event that they wait outside the gate until the class is over. As soon as the class is over everyone will be allowed into the pool.
The pool is yours! So feel free to bring any food, decorations, DJ, tables, chairs, or whatever else you need to make your event a success. We only ask that ballons stay underneath the awning and if you are using a charcoal grill that stays just outside the gate. Also, absolutely NO ALCOHOL or glass containers.
