Effective April 1st, no new water service applications will be accepted after 4:30 p.m.

Haven't received your bill by mail? > Go paperless!

  • Step 1: Submit a request by email with the subject line: Go Paperless
  • Step 2: In the body of your email, please include the following information: "I would like to request to have my water bill sent by email." Please also include your: Name, Address, Phone Number, and the email address you'd like your bills sent to. 
  • Step 3: Send your email to:  Mrosa@pleasantontx.gov 
Note: To avoid late penalties, we encourage all residents to add an alert to your calendar or phone to notify you BEFORE the 10th of every month. Bills can get lost in the mail, mail service can be slow, and even email can go to spam in your inbox. We try to be as efficient as possible getting bills to each citizen, but outside carrier services are out of our control and it is still each resident's responsibility to have the bill paid on time each month.

Utility Billing Application and Service Agreement:
Please note, for same day scheduling >> All paperwork with your deposit is due before 4:30 p.m. Anything submitted later than 4:30 p.m. will be scheduled for the next day. 
You will need to download and fill out the utilities application form below:

>>To submit an application for turn on services, please ensure you have the following:

  • The signed utilities application and customer service agreement (download above)
  • A warranty deed (if buying) or a lease agreement (if renting).
  • Your deposit: standard $200 for regular residential.
  • A driver's license or ID.

Note: your request must be submitted by the 23rd of the previous month

To apply for an extension: for extension requests, you must apply in person at City Hall on or before the 23rd of the month. For Online Payments:
The City of Pleasanton accepts online payments using a debit or credit card. Please note that there is a $1.25 Convenience Fee that will be charged when paying through the online portal. 

  • 10% penalty if not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month.
  • Payment must be made by 5:00 p.m. on the 25th of each month to avoid disconnection of services.
