The Pleasanton Municipal Court is the local branch of the judicial system, which enforces criminal laws, traffic laws, and municipal ordinances within the court's jurisdiction.

MISSION

The Pleasanton Municipal Court’s operations are committed to providing quality customer service to all who appear in the court while we diligently execute the administrative duties of the Municipal Court as set forth by law. We promise to be innovative in creating methods and techniques that allow us to be more responsive to the needs of the public.

?  All individuals who wish to appear in court are urged to contact the court first, to inquire about resolving their matter(s) without having to appear in person.

?  If you believe you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please exercise the options listed above to address your citation to avoid appearing in person.

The following violations cannot be paid online:

  • Driving or operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol by a minor (DUI)
  • Minor in Possession of Alcohol
  • Minor in Possession of Tobacco
  • Juvenile cases
Any individual 16 years of age and under cannot pay their case online.  Any individual who was of the age of 16 years or younger, at the time of the alleged violation, is required by law to appear in open court with a Parent or Legal Guardian even if an attorney is representing the minor or juvenile. This will require setting a court date to appear personally in court, please contact the court at (830)281-6828 to set up a court date.
